A cup of tea with the Queen's biggest fan
June 2022 - This year (again), the English are preparing to celebrate another decade of rule by their monarch Elizabeth II. For the seventh time, a whole country will stop for a long weekend to celebrate the "Platinum Jubilee". Despite the many criticisms that have been levelled at the royal family in recent years, and at the monarchy itself, Elizabeth II remains an irreplaceable figure in the kingdom for many Britons. To get a sense of the passion and affection that some people have for their sovereign, I met Margareth Tyler. Margareth, 78, is one of the Queen's most iconic admirers. She opened the doors of her Heritage House to me.
